Because our candles and fragrance products are handcrafted and scent preference is personal, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Eligible returns may receive store credit only if:

Product arrives back in resellable condition
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:

We will arrange replacement or resolution.
